In 2013 the Simplyco team began an initiative to merge our four separate business units whilst simultaneously improving our customer care and retention through a more straightforward and simplified offering. The rebrand and introduction of the online portal substantially improved our business offering and we saw our turnover triple.
Our clients mean a great deal to us and we want to make sure that everyone is happy with the service we provide. In order to understand more of what you, the client, wants we conducted a satisfaction survey to show how our services were viewed over the past twelve months. The results speak for themselves:
- 89% of clients rated Simplyco’s overall service in the last year as excellent
- 92% found the staff to be knowledgeable
- 92% of respondents said they are likely to recommend Simplyco to a friend
