We are delighted to announce that all Simplyco Accounting clients will soon have to access to our online portal through our website.
Once you have registered to use our online portal you will have immediate access to all of your accounting information at your finger tips. Some of the features of the portal include:
• Copies of your weekly calculation sheets. In order to keep you on the right side of the tax man Simplyco issue you with calculation sheets letting you know how much of your money you have available to withdraw as a dividend. You can now view your calculation sheets through our portal.
• You can view your P11’s which shows you how much salary you or any of your employees have been paid through your company. This is useful if you are completing your self-assessment tax return.
• You can access your Company Report through our Company tab. The Company Report is a summary of your company’s financial information from the date it started trading. This helps you to keep track of your total income, expenses, dividends and also gives you an approximate idea of what your Corporation Tax liability is likely to be.
Over the coming weeks you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the portal. Once you have logged in and changed your password you will be able to access your company information through our website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
